Mango Ice-cream Cakeused about 6 mangoes to produce mango juice, full cream milk, whipping cream, egg yolks to make the mango ice-cream. The mango ice-cream is cover by 2 layers of fresher baked sponge cake which are top and bottom. Used mango sweets and chocolate coating for the decoration.
